Each of our cedar items is made with western red cedar which will remain beautiful even after years in the weather. We make our potting benches, arbors and porch swings using larger lumber than most of the comparable products we see in the stores. We feel that handcrafting our porch swings, arbors, potting benches and other products adds to their character and produces a superior product. We definitely prefer to work with cedar (cedar has beautiful coloring, fragrant aroma and cedar ages very well) but if you see one of our cedar arbors, potting benches or porch swings you like but would like a different kind of wood let us know and we can work up a quote for you. Constructed with large dimension lumber on a 2 X 4 frame for a sturdy work surface that will hold up to heavy use.
